If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

Replacement is just like reordering new same piece. Where you have to Order the fresh product from panel. The first product will be returned as per return policy.

Which products are not eligible for returns?

The returns which are breaching the timeline of return policy are not returnable.
The Products which is not returnable are Swimsuits,Scarves.
The products which has been used are also not returnable.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy?

No we will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the seller’s Returns Policy.

Do I have to return the freebie when I return a product?

Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product.

How do returns work?

There is simple process of Return
1) Log Into your Muta Account,
2) Go to Your Orders Section.
3) Check if return window is available. (time for return is 1 day from the product received).
4) Send return request and Ship it to Our Registered Address within 7 days.

I see the 'Cancel' button but I can't click on it. Why?

As the product has been shipped. Once the order is shipped cant be cancelled.

In how much time i can return the product

In 1 Day (24 hours) of receipt of the product. And deliver the return to us within 7 days of acceptance of return request.(remote location if provided then 10 days.)

General Returns Policy

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on All items with the Verified tag on the product detail page are Fulfilled by Muta Directly.

    1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
      • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
      • Has missing parts or accessories
      • Is different from what was ordered

      Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

    1. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return when arrives to us if the items are not returned according to the condition received to you.
    2. In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
      • Return the clothing in the original condition with the MRP and brand tag attached to the clothing to avoid Acceptance cancellation. We will not process a replacement or refund if the acceptance is cancelled owing to missing MRP tag.


The amount is transferred to your account where you can use it within 180 days from the date of refund.

How will i get the refund?

You will ger refund in the bank account given while returning thr product.

When will i get refund?

You will get the refund within 60 days of the return accepted at our fulfillment centers.

In what case the refund will be freezed?

” If the returned product is used or damaged by you or by your courier partner then you may not get the refund or you will be partially paid with full information.
